The Halloween House Decorating contest is open to all Anoka, Ramsey & Andover residents. Homes are judged on creativity & originality of the theme. Entries must be received on or before October 13th. Judging is Wednesday night, October 22nd.The list of participating houses will be available at the Anoka Chamber of Commerce and www.anokahalloween.com after the 23rd.

Prizes are:
1st Place -$150
2nd Place -$100
3rd Place -$75
