The Andover City Council is considering adding additional access to the Clockwater Commons off Crosstown Boulevard in hopes of added convenience to customers as well as making two vacant spots more appealing. There are several access ideas but the proposal has not been completed yet. Once everything has been reviewed, neighbors of the center will be notified of a hearing before the Planning Commission.
