Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) launched a (NSP) Neighborhood Stabilization Program back in March to handle the growing number of foreclosures in the area. 543 Bean Street in Anoka and 6820 158th Lane NW in Ramsey have been remodeled and are now on the market.
