*All babies must be preregisterd!        *Absolutely no registration the day of the event!

The baby crawling contest will be held at 10am at Andover City Hall. All crawling infants, 6-12 months, are eligible to participate.

Contest Criteria:

1. Baby must crawl to the finish line. Walkers will be disqualified.

2. In case of a tie, there will be a "crawl off".

PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED

To enter the contest, plase complete this application and submit to City Hall. Forms must be received at City Hall on or before July 2nd at 4:30pm.
