Two additions are planned for Bunker Beach, Anoka County’s outdoor water park in Bunker Hills Regional Park. The expansion includes a lazy river & two tube slides! The river is expected to be about 10-12 feet wide, 3 feet deep & around 900 feet long! The new tube slides will connect to the lazy river. They currently have a wave pool, adventure pool, water slides, plunge pool & a sand play area!

Construction for these new features is scheduled to begin in May of 2009 with hopes to be completed by 2010.

Bunker Beach is becoming a great destination not only for those in the Twin Cities, but for around the state!
