Do you have a green thumb but lack the space to pursue your hobby? If so, you’re in luck!The City of Blaine has garden plots available for rent in the open area south of Town Square Park near City Hall. The city will prepare plots for planting and make water accessible – the rest is up to you. The plots are 15 feet by 20 feet and should be available on May 15. Rental costs are $35 per plot for Blaine residents ($25 for Blaine residents age 55 and over), plus tax. Only one plot will be assigned per household. Blaine residents may register for garden plot rental beginning March 23. Non-residents can rent a plot for $50 (plus tax) beginning April 6. \
