Coon Rapids City Council Bans Non-Domestic Animals

The Coon Rapids City Council has banned non-domestic animals from within city limits. The new ordinance defines domestic animals (w/the exception of cats and dogs that are already regulated in city code) as non-poisonous snakes/spiders, indoor birds, lizards, turtles, hamsters, rabbits & a few other animals that can be caged indoors.
