Creating Raving Fans

On Tuesday, May 8th, I went out to Denver, Colorado to speak on live satellite for Re/Max. They requested that I visit their International headquarters in Denver to speak to an audience of local realtors and agents around the world (via satellite) regarding customer service. Realtors from around the country have expressed great interest in the services that we provide our clients and want to know what they can do to create “raving fans.” I offered them information on the services that Team Firnstahl provides and expressed to them the importance of systems and listening to their clients.
Koreen and I realize that without you, the client, we would not be as successful as we have been. We also realize that in order to continue this success, we need to be constantly modifying our systems in order to provide each and every one of you with the best customer service possible. In addition, we value the feedback and referrals that we get from you, and will continue to provide you, as well as your friends and family, with the level of service that you expect from Team Firnstahl.
