It is wonderful that sellers take great pride in the features of their home. However, it is important to remember that what is important to the seller may not be important to the potential buyers. While it is a good idea to draw attention to a new roof, new furnace, or new windows some of the smaller details like a freshly painted closet or coat hooks may not have the same impact.
