This Friday there are a few events to kick off the Halloween weekend in Anoka.  The preschool costume contest begins at 10 am at the Lyric Arts main Street Stage (those who wish to participate should be there by 9:30am to register). The "Big Parade of Little People" begins at 1:15pm. Don't forget to check out Serum's Block Party starting at 6pm with a live performance from G.B. Leighton. The fee is only $10!
