The City of Ramsey is hosting the annual "Happy Days" Festival starting this Thursday, September 16th with live music by the Bill & Tom Show at the Amphitheater at Draw Park. Many events will follow throughout the weekend including a teen dance, 5K run, pancake breakfast, kid's fun run, craft show/business expo, farmers' market, classic car show, carnival, parade, bingo, 15K bike tour, street dance & more!
