The Anoka County Community Development (ACCD) has two programs available to help individuals purchase foreclosures within the county. The Foreclosure Home Rehabilitation Loan provides up to $24, 999 per eligible household to make repairs on a foreclosure (can be a home you are purchasing or have only owned for six months.) The second available program is the Foreclosure Down Payment Assistance. This program offers up to $10,000 to purchase a foreclosure.
