Nicollet Mall has once again come alive with your favorite storybook characters. The Holidazzle parade has made its return. The parade runs down Nicollet Mall from 12th Street to 4th Street every Thursday through Sunday, now through Sunday, Dec. 20. It starts at 6:30pm.
