The Holidazzle Parade started things off with a boom this year by adding in a colorful fireworks display. Bundle up & watch your favorite storybook character come to life on Thursdays through Sundays until December 19th. The Target Holidazzle Parade begins at 6:30pm at Nicollet Mall from 12th Street to 4th Street.
