The City of Andover currently has low interest loan money available for home rehabilitation projects. These funds may be used for a variety of home improvements including new roofs, windows and siding, as well as improvements to the interior of the home. The program is funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and income limits apply. Income limits are based on family size.
