The cities of Blaine & Lino Lakes and the Anoka Conservation District are hosting to workshops on landscaping methods that benefit the local water resources. The landscape methods taught will help to reduce water use and pollution while learning about a rain garden's purpose and function (plus how to design one). The cost is only $5. Class dates are listed below and are located at the Blaine City Hall:
