The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT)  and the city of Coon Rapids are hosting an open house on Thursday February 12th from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Coon Rapids City Center council chambers to discuss adding a third lane to Highway 10 between Egret and Hanson boulevards.
