The City of Andover is becoming proactive in

Zoning Code Enforcement on the following items:

1. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles.

2. Vehicles parked on the grass.

3. Basic lawn maintenance. Grass must be kept

below 12 inches high.

4. Trash, junk or debris in yards that can be seen

by neighbors.

5. Construction materials stored outside when

there is no active project or building permit.

This effort to clean up obvious code violations in

the City is a City Council initiative to preserve and

protect the property values of residents in the City.
