The city of Oak Grove and St. Francis Youth Hockey Association have agreed to the operation of an outdoor rink that the city will construct. The Hockey Association will staff and maintenance (flooding the rink & clearing snow) the facility and warming house as well as have scheduling rights over the rink. Reservations from other groups will also be accommodated. The agreement runs from Nov. 1st through October 31st of 2014.
