Take Heart Anoka County provides a free one hour class at the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View Fire Station 3 in Blaine. Classes are offered at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. on January 12th, February 9th, March 9th, April 13th & May 11th.
