Today from 12-4pm stylists at the Julia Bretey Salon will be doing walk-in haircuts for $25. The stylists normally charge $45-$80. 100% of the proceeds will be going to Twin Cities Pet Rescue. Twin Cities Pet Rescue’s mission is to give homeless, neglected, abused and unwanted companion animals in the Twin Cities area a permanent and loving home; saving one life at a time.
