This Friday, September 16; Saturday, September 17; and Sunday, September 18, 2011 is the 13th Annual Happy Days Festival in Ramsey. There will be many events including a classic car show, craft fair, business expo, 5K, Kids Fun Run, 15K family bike tour, parade, fireworks & more!
