The REALTOR® Nationwide Open House is April 10th & 11th. Their will be thousands of Realtors holding open houses! So if you are in the market for a new home, make sure to check out some of the many open houses this weekend. Interests rates are low, home prices are lower, there is a variety of homes available & the Expanded First-time Homebuyer’s Federal Tax Credit is still available (a contract has to be in place by the end of the month to qualify).
