The annual Stop, Drop, and Stroll 5K family walk is on May 22nd beginning at 9am. The Ham Lake Fire Department Relief Association is hosting it. You can register online at www.raceberryjam.com. Registration is $20 a person or $40 per family. Participants receive T-shirts, snacks, and the satisfaction of helping support Ham Lake firefighters.
