The annual St. Paul Winter Carnival began on January 27th and continues through February 6th. The St. Paul Winter Carnival was created to gather the community together & celebrate the history of St. Paul. There are numerous activities including the Grand Day Parade, Torchlight Parade, geocaching, ice carving, ice skating, various sporting events & so much more! It's guaranteed to be fun for the entire family!
