Saturday, April 24th from 9am-3pm at the Public Works Complex in Andover it is "Tree Time."

* Free seedlings for Andover residents;
* Talk with U of M Master Gardeners about tree and shrub care;
* Free literature on various tree and shrub topics;
* Register to win a free tree or rain barrel;
* Set up will be near the recycling center as you leave the complex on Andover Recycling Day.
