Many of us have seen the HGTV shows where people buy a property that is in need of many repairs. They renovate & re-sell them for a profit a.k.a "flip". The low prices of some homes is an appealing feature.

The process is fairly simple if you know what you are doing. We can tell you what the home would be worth if it were repaired. You must do the math. "Flipping" for a living requires knowledge of cost to repair, factoring in surprises that may arise, allowing the appropriate amount of time, calculating in costs while under repair, permits etc. A good plan is a necessity.
