It's no surprise that many of the homes on the market are currently owned by the bank.
Bank owned properties take awhile to sell. If you are a buyer making an offer on a bank owned property, it is important that you understand it can take weeks to have your offer presented/accepted/rejected.
The banks tend not to negotiate like other sellers do. They simply accept or reject your offer and wait for a better one.
