The Wells Fargo in St. Paul has officially opened their ice rink for the season. Wells Fargo WinterSkate is a FREE outdoor skating rink that is open until February 5th. Skater are invited to enjoy the unique setting in the heart of St. Paul while enjoying some FREE time on the rink!
