The Anoka High School Band Program is hosting a swing dance/chili dinner on February 26th at the Anoka High School. The event features the high school jazz band and staff musicians. The meal will be served at 6pm with swing dance lessons from professional dance instructors to follow at 7pm. This summer, gardeners in Andover will have a chance to grow flowers, fruits & vegetables. A community garden will be opened on the corner of Nightingale St. and 151st Lane (the land is owned by Grace Lutheran Church). If you live or work in Andover you can contact Andover City Hall to apply for one of plots. The fees start at $30 for a 10-foot by 15-foot plot and go up for larger lots.
